Calorie, lories

I still have no idea how many calories I should be taking in. I’ve been biking over 10mi a day for the past week or so… and I’m still not sure. In any case, I just consumed:

  • 2 Cups of Rice
  • A cup of Chili, beans and ground beef
  • 3 Slices of bacon
  • 3 bottles of water.

I heard from a little bird… “You need calories to burn, that’s why you’re so tired.”
